Creation of Market Opportunities


The business has opened up extended market opportunities for supplying locally produced goods. These mainly include leather and textiles. The company also fosters a “buy local” culture that emphasizes the community value, the authenticity, and the economic advantages of local production, buying, and ownership. Importantly, it should improve the incomes earned by farmers from skins and hides and over 8,000 tons of leather produced in Uganda annually.
