POSITION: ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Accounts Assistant shall be responsible for effective operational support of the company. The Account Assistant shall ensure daily up-to-date financial and non-financial information as well as updated clientele database.
Date Management (Contribution 40%):
Data capture and entry
Client order management
Account Management (Contribution 40%):
Supporting in preparation of monthly and quarterly accounts
Keep track of payables and receivables
Stores Management (Contribution 20%):
Sorting and managing orders
A minimum of a diploma. Knowledge and experience in any accounting and Microsoft packages is an advantage. Experience in logistics practices and general support function in a business firm. Proactive, good communication, analytical, independent decision making and attention to detail are important.
