ALLAN NINSIIMA
Managing Director
Allan is a financial and market Expert, passionate about challenging tasks with a long term strategic sagacity. He has over eight years of management consulting in advisory specializing in areas of;-research, and big data management, policy development, analysis and evaluation, business process analysis, performance based monitoring and evaluation, and technical audits.
Allan is poised in investment and financial analysis. He is competent in a wide range of policy, economic, business and financial needs both public and private sector, SMEs, throughout the East African region.
Over the last five years, Allan has been the managing director of Rada shoes, and assumed the strategic and growth position full time in 2018. He is responsible in creating winning innovative market and financial partnerships, while overseeing the overall operations
of the company. Allan is passionate about creating sustainable impact on the community especially education of children, by ensuring access to basics at affordable cost.
Allan holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance option) a Bachelor’s degree in International Business both of Makerere University Kampala.

BRIAN MURANGIRA
Head of Operations
Brian is enthusiastic, self-driven and courageous Production Engineer who always strives to achieve a very high standard in whatever is undertaken, capable of undertaking challenging tasks without compromising, working in a dynamic environment.
Ever since Brian took over the positon, he has overhauled the operations function overseeing a transformation in quality control and operational efficiency doubling daily output from the same team. He is also charged with ensuring value optimsation from the team, while advising on productivity maximization and output optimsation. Brian is pro-people and passionate about manufacturing given his previous experience with Roofings Limited and Kampala Cement Limited.
Brian has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Makerere University, with several other short term trainings in production and manufacturing Engineering.
JUNIOR KWIKIRIZA
Manager - Production
Junior is passionate about Footwear new products development with original style, high quality, and value. He is ardent about seeing imaginations come into live products.
Junior assesses order requirements, and timescales for order deliveries. He ensures maximum safety in the factory and enforces standard procedures. He ensures smooth production process and routine maintenance.
Junior delivers on the company vision of meeting the production targets, implements the quality management plan, and development of production budgets and plans. Junior has a diploma in leather and Leather products manufacturing.

CANARY MUGISHA
Head of Finance
Mugisha administers efficient working of staff and financial departments. He focuses on the achievement of all long and short term objectives, and conducts planning activities and ensures compliance to internal policies and procedures. Mugisha also coordinates the audit functions of Rada, by helping ensure that accounts reveal the true picture of the operations.
Mugisha is experienced in financial systems and upgrade, with multiple soft office skills. He manages the company accounting systems and conducts financial performance. He has worked previously in brewery and fast food companies. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University and is pursuing a CPA Qualification.

JEREMIAH LUKWAGO
Product Development Officer
Jeremiah is a passionate footwear pattern expert focused on developing prototypes that satisfy sophisticated customer’s oriented needs performance. Jeremiah has specialized in visual conceptualization, illustration techniques, Footwear design and construction, decoding trends and Fashion Predictions, design development and range building
He interprets design specification and compliance to manufacturing unit, and evaluates all prototypes to enhance growth oriented programs for better marketing. He drives the continuous innovation solutions while delivering design solutions with efficiency to meet basic standard of all products. He advises on product segmentation and seasonal vagaries and monitors and finalizes all packages according to production reviews, manufacturing rules and performance.
Jeremiah currently holds a National Diploma in Footwear Manufacturing from Kyambogo University and a National certificate in Leather Tanning and shoe making.

MYRES ATWINE
Manager - Marketing
Energetic and experienced, Myres is a pro-people result oriented marketing manager with the ability to foster good working relationships. Myres is pragmatic and hardworking, and every day, he pushes for the company’s mission of ensuring every school going child has a pair of Rada shoes.
Myres anticipates market trends and initiates timely product development. He shares a passion for innovation and thrives when using the latest marketing and digital techniques on highly creative projects. He champions the sales team training evaluating performance and ensuring community impact in our business activities. He also conducts regular surveys to ensure that emerging client challenges are met ahead of time.
Myres has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Makerere University, and several training in sales management and marketing.
