The business continues to create both direct and indirect employment in the following ways:
Skilling and employing more youth. The company recruits and skills youth interested in leather products manufacturing, and offers some employment to them.
In the next 3 years, 80 youths will be directly employed and over 120 employed indirectly as partners, distributors and suppliers.
Currently, the company employs twelve (12) youths full time and over 8 casual jobs.
