We want to offer meaningful opportunity to the potential entrepreneur still at, or leaving school, as well as to the hosting SME an unforgettable opportunity for the intern to learn and the SME to mentor.  This programme will grow for the need is immense.

 

Younger and older professionals as well as not so professional hands get opportunity to volunteer to participate in the IRIS programme activities as coaches, mentors, trainers, motivational speakers or organisers of event or developers of training materials.
